It scares me that so many people will overlook basic human rights & freedoms for others just so they get what they want for themselves. I have many friends who are gay & as their friend, I couldn’t vote for someone who believes that certain groups are not entitled to the same privileges as them. Those are things I can’t just “overlook” because there are qualities I do like in a candidate…i.e. You may promise more jobs & lower taxes, but wanting to deny others their freedom is not something that I can/will overlook for my own personal gain. Will you only vote for something that you want to hear? I’d think that part over.
